CREATING NEW VENUE PROFILE

Tip: Make sure to save as you go using the red Save button at the bottom. This keeps all your changes and prevents any progress from being lost.

Once you are logged in Eventlin app, with log in details provided by Eventlin team, you may proceed to creating a new profile for your venue, or work on the existing one.

You will start by picking THE NEW PROFILE OPTION in the side menu of Eventlin app.

The Profile section also lets you add a venue description.
Think of this as your “first impression” space - a quick chance to charm guests with what makes your venue special. Keep it clear, keep it attractive, and let a little personality shine through.

In this section, you can also upload your logo, background image, and the photos that represent your venue at its best.

You can also add your weekly working hours here, along with any day-specific programs, as well as opening and closing times.

This part of the profile lets you get specific - from the type of food you serve, to the standards you follow, to the amenities your venue offers.

Use this section to highlight what your venue offers.
Simply tick the boxes that apply - from parking and charging stations to playrooms and air-conditioned spaces. The more accurate you are here, the easier it is for guests to know what to expect.

Whatever you choose now, remember - every detail can be updated anytime.

Below the amenities, you’ll see three key options:

Guest Tags

This is where you manage all guest-specific labels - from VIPs, allergies, and preferences to retention tags like frequent guest or new guest, and consumption tags like top spender or low spender.

You can add your own tags or set up auto-tagging rules.

Widget Configuration
Customize the look and feel of your Eventlin widget - colors that match your brand, content, and visibility settings.

That is choose widget colors using HEX codes or the color picker, as well as toggle options like Short offers, Hide unavailable offers, or Light mode.
